By using VisualGrid, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our application.
License to Use
VisualGrid grants you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the application in accordance with these terms. Pro features require an active paid subscription.
User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Subscription and Payments
Pro subscriptions are billed every 6 months. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights to VisualGrid belong to Axel Pouppart. You retain ownership of your configurations and content created in the application.
Prohibited Uses
You must not: use the application illegally, attempt to bypass security measures, share your account with third parties, or use the application to create illegal or offensive content.
Limitation of Liability
VisualGrid is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free or permanently available. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these terms. You can terminate your account at any time from your account settings.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified to you by email. Your continued use of the application after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
Applicable Law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
